Imbibed in December 2002. Light honey and slight hop aroma. Yellowish amber with a thin white head. Yeast present at the bottom of the bottle. Honey flavor and quite bitter. Wheat flavor not obvious at all. Watery mouthfeel. There is a lot of bottle to bottle variation in this beer.

Bottle from the brewery. What the hell is this rubbish?!? A 3% wheat beer which is so sweet to rot my teeth on contact and with very little wheat flavour just isn’t worth drinking. Horrible.

Appearance: blond straw-color. Little head, white foam and low persistent. Aroma: Typical pale malt smells; vanilla, honey and sugar notes. Fruitiness of peaches, red apple and tangerines. Yeast smells, with reminiscences of sponge cake. Low hoppy. Flavor: very sweet start (too much), evidently notes of wheat and sugar. Reminiscences of honey and sauco. Sweet-fruity like peaches in syrup. Yeasty. Where is the hop? Palate: light body and watery texture. Low carbonation. Too much unbalanced, very sweet. Not hoppy. Not advisable.

UPDATED: DEC 14, 2006 (My bottle fell and started leaking so I had to drink this directly from it, rather warm...)
Color is clear light yellow. Lots of white, thick foam. Aroma is malty and yeasty with notes of fruits, dough and bread. Pretty much like a Low-Alcohol beer. It’s a little disturbing and I couldn’t find the banana aroma of german hefes. Sweet fruity flavor with hints of cherries, anise, curazao and mint. Rather cloying and sticky. Lots of flavor but nothing resembling BEER flavor. Body is thin, extremely light watery texture. A little like a Root Beer or Ginger Ale....as the flavor. High fizzy carbonation. I’m confused by this beer and definitely don’t like it. I don’t know what this guys tried to do....3% ABV? I guess it’s better colder and from a glass.

(Drunk in a Park in Mendoza warm, agitated and directly from the bottle)

Bottle - July 2006. Pours a hazy pale straw-yellowish color wit a fine white head and vivid carbonatation. Aroma is citric and yeasty. Taste is citric, acidic, sweet, watery. Somewhat boring.
