0,3 liter fles. Heerlijk belgisch strong. Het is wel een beetje sterk maar hij verdient zijn punten.

33cl bottle from Sheps Deli (Tampa, FL). Pours a hazy dark golden color with a one finger, foamy white head that settles slowly and laces the glass. Aroma is sweet and wheaty with notes of honey, coriander, caramel, some phenol. Flavor is sweet and malty with notes of apple, pear, honey, caramel, spice, wood, and floral hops. Generally medium body with a slightly sweet floral hop finish.

I tried this beer on December 22, 2008 at "Smokeless Joes" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a pale gold with a thick, foamy, white head that lasted. The aroma was grainy malt, and a little honey. The mouthfeel was medium bodied, with mild carbonation. The flavour was more grainy malt, some milky tones, and a little honey. Nothing spectacular about this one.

It was very delicious! Nice golden body with a stable foamy white head. Spicey aroma with of course honey, fine citrus-orange perfume. In the flavor dominates the honey but over there is a strong floral hop taste with fine malt and yeast. Dry-coriander aftertaste with honey-sweet notes. Fine!

stringy lacing and fairly clear amber in colour. a touch of honey can be smelt and tasted, alongside a bit of pepper in the finish.

Bottle shared with a friend at Volo. Definitely not along the guidelines of enjoyable. Perhaps it was because I had cozied up to my St. Bernardus Abt.12, but this one was disappointing in comparison. Yeast on the tongue with a touch of mild spices and a bit of sugar.

Bottle at Winking Lizard. This beer pours a hazy light orange color with a medium thin white head that recedes steadily. Stringy lacing. Aroma of ginger, orange peel and honey. Light body with flavors of spice, wheat and sweet honey. The finish is sweet and malty with a coriander and honey aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Bottle, thanks to ILoveDarkBeer. Pours clear dark gold with a lacy white head. Aroma of fruit, honey, maybe a touch of bubblegum? Sweet taste of honey, with a little hint of pepper. Medium-full body and minimal carbonation. A bit of pepper and spice in the finish.
