Pours bright gold into a tulip. Bright white head slowly recedes leaving spot lacing. Sweet honey and alcohol aromas. Candi up front with a sweet honey finish. Enjoyable

Interesting looking bottle purchased in US. BB4 04/2009. Fluffy head. Amber. Aroma of dirty water, grass and soap. A lively spice tingle on the tongue. Soapy sour flavour. A citrus touch. Belgian zest. A melon taste that keeps building.

330ml bottle (William K Anankatu, Helsinki)
Rich gold, soda head. Soft honey aroma and caramelly too. Later there’s banana in there as well. Fizzy palate. Honey and almond taste. Feels softer and more mellow than I remember. A little alcoholic, but not unpleasantly so.

11.2 oz. bottle at Flat Rock Saloon. Poured slightly hazy orange with nice white lacing. Lots of honey and coriander flavor with oranges and bananas evident. A bit spicy. Seems more like an amped up wheat than an actual Belgian Strong Ale.
