Interesting brew from Delirium Cafe, quite smooth with a touch of honey. Sweet middle to finish.

Golden colour, medium white head. Aroma has honey and spices. Flavour is yeasty and fruity as well as honey-like. Alcohol well noticable. Otherwise nice beer.

Quite a good brew... deep amber/copper color, hazy/unfiltered, with medium head. Aroma is of herbs, honey, and alcohol. Taste is of honey, alcohol, and yeast. The presence of alcohol adds to the complex flavor and does not annoy. 11.2 oz. bottle.

Bottle. Light amber color with small head. Aromas of honey and flowers. Very smooth texture with some carbonation. Slight honey flavor with some spicyness. A good summer brew.

Bottle medium golden, cloudy. A bit overcarbonated. Pretty good. Sweet, but doesn’t taste like it’s 8%!

330ml bottle. Golden coloured with a moderate off-white head that left plenty of lacing. Aroma of honey, spice and some herbs. The flavour had plenty of honey with some yeast and a sweet finish. Ok.

Bottle, 33 cl. Taste this beer more than tree times last years. Yesterday again. Almost clear golden color with a large, frothy, off-white, head. Aroma honey, alcohol, caramel. Medum body. Taste = sweet, hops, light lemon; yeast, honey, light bitter, bit bittersweet, and light warm finish. Not bad.

NorCal December ’07 - Not sure if this beer had some age on it or not, but what I got was a fairly straight forward, fruity, honeyish beer that was nice. Nose was honey, very floral almost perfumey with a touch of orange peel. Appearance was honey golden in color with solid head. Mouthfeel was soft, and velvety smooth. Flavor was a bit one dimensional for (which made me wonder how old the bottle was) because it was mostly honey like sweetness. Nice for a bottle, but I can’t see drinking many of these. You might wind up with a cavity due to the sweetness.
