Bottle: Pale golden, fairly clear, large frothy white head, spotty lacing, very light carbonation.   Soft citrus and honey on the nose.   Very minor floral and alcohol.   Semi-sweet floral and honeyesque breadiness on the tongue.   Citrus aspect is fairly light.   Has an alcohol biscuitiness on the backside.   Fairly tasty regardless.   Moderate to full body, moderate mouthfeel.   For being as big in ABV as it is, it is quite nice and easy to drink.   Sweet finish, honey is noticeable but this one seems to come across as more of a sweet hefty Belgian Blonde.   Clean on the exit, lingering sweetness.   Might be a little too sweet, but overall I found this one to be quite nice.   I would sum it up as a sweet Belgian Blonde, infused with honey, and with a hefty kick.   Tasty!

Bottle, Aikmans, St Andrews. Mid-gold with a big fluffy white head that fades to a thin one. Nice and sweet nose, helpings of honey, with some citrus nose too. Mouth is much more honey-y, with some cinnamon and coriander to note too. Quite nice really, if a little too much honey.

Best by 1/17/2009. The beer pours to a glowing orange golden body with an effervescent carbonation and a tall frothy, lasting white head. Soapy lacing. The aroma is coriander, banana, sweet honey, light oranges. The flavor is heavy coriander, wheat, yeasts, dried oranges, and bananas. Light floral honey. Dry soapy notes too. The palate is nicely carbonated, sweet, and medium bodied.

This is essentially a witbier that has had honey tossed in to boost the body and alcohol content. Medium clear gold with a nice creamy head. Aroma was citric orange, notes of wheat, and sweet honey. Flavor was basically a match, with a note of coriander and spice wandering in the background. Enjoyable.

Bottle bought at the Bishops Arms, V Hamngatan, Göteborg, Sweden. Pours hazy golden in the beautiful frosty glass (wich does not count in the rating). Tropical fruits in the aroma with hints of honey, along with some earthy and yeasty notes. Decent mouthfeel, a bit too sweet.
