[Bottle from svoger in 2004.] Blond in its profile and then added amounts of honey. Not that bad!

330 ml bottle. Golden amber body with a white head. Aroma is sweet malt with honey and spices. Flavor is sweet, spicy with a clear honey flavor. Alcohol in aftertaste.

Sampled from an 11.2 oz brown bottle this beer poured a pale golden color with a medium sized yellow-white head. The aroma was very sweet with lots of honey and a hint of orange. The flavor was sweet, spicy honey with a spritzy orange undertone. Very interesting.

I personally love mead but this honey beer falls a few yards short of a first down even though the sweet honey element predominates, its backed up by a yeasty watery flavor which seems to muddle it a bit and make it less complex. Easy to drink though with well hidden alcohol.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden with a godd sized white head that fades to a ring and leaves some lacing. Aroma of honey, citrus, and coriander. Taste is the same as aroma but has a bit of carbonic bite. Medium full mouthfeel that finishes somewhat dry. Good.

Bottle. Definite orange and coriander on the nose. Wheat and a hint of pine and honey sweetness. Pours rich gold with a small creamy white head. Spicy carbonation gives way to a pleasant orange and honey sweetness. Hides the 8% well. Lively carbonation. Finishes rather dry.

33cL bottle in Ghent pub. Remarkable beer that was not overly sweet considering the honey influences. Don’t be afraid, ladies like it but I don’t consider it a "Chick Beer". 8 ABV not detectable.

Coloração âmbar, espuma branca. Notas cítricas e florais, além do mel, é claro. Aroma muito bom. Carbonatação média. Final seco e levemente amargo.
