Blond in its profile and then added amounts of honey. Not that bad! Beer2000 (1785), Kristiansand, Norway

The aroma was very sweet with lots of honey and a hint of orange. The flavor was sweet, spicy honey with a spritzy orange undertone. Very interesting. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 27, 2007 I personally love mead but this honey beer falls a few yards short of a first down even though the sweet honey element predominates, its backed up by a yeasty watery flavor which seems to muddle it a bit and make it less complex. Easy to drink though with well hidden alcohol. fishingnet (1045), Brandon, Florida, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 23, 2007 Bottle. Pours a clear golden with a godd sized white head that fades to a ring and leaves some lacing. Aroma of honey, citrus, and coriander. Taste is the same as aroma but has a bit of carbonic bite. Medium full mouthfeel that finishes somewhat dry. Good. tytoanderso (1386), St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 21, 2007 Bottle. Definite orange and coriander on the nose. Wheat and a hint of pine and honey sweetness. Pours rich gold with a small creamy white head. Spicy carbonation gives way to a pleasant orange and honey sweetness. Hides the 8% well. Lively carbonation. Finishes rather dry. BelgianBeerGal (1284), Sabbatical in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

Remarkable beer that was not overly sweet considering the honey influences. Don’t be afraid, ladies like it but I don’t consider it a "Chick Beer". 8 ABV not detectable. jalichio999 (502), Brazil
