Dans un vers Trappist, elle est excellente! Belle couleur, sens le miel et a un bon goût de miel qui descend bien dans la gorge.

Golden with highly carbonated off white head. Aroma is pretty faint honey and spice, can’t pinpoint. Flavor cloyingly sweet honey, ultra-carbonated, dries the beer out in the finish. Just average at best.

This was a surprise my Dad brought over. Has a sticky honey taste with some coriander spice. Had a unique taste to it. I didn’t think this was an 8%. This reminds me of something between a Belgian Blond and Wit.

it pours a beautiful golden color with a milky white head. while the beer is smooth and the alcohol is hidden, the flavor falls a bit short. still it makes a special type of session beer

The corriander really dominates both the nose and initial taste. The orange also is a heavy hitter with the honey keeping it sweet. Nice mouthfeel with a great malty finish. I disagree with most and think that the alcohol is well hid, however it is a bit astringent with some lingering sourness. Nice overall, smells like hell.

The aroma has honey, fruit, yeast, spice, malt, and a hint of ocean water. The appearance is golden with an average head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is typical for the style. I like it but don’t love it.

Presented in the Barbar frosted mug makes it look really inviting. Nice fluffy cool whip head. Nose like honey nut cherrios, nice up front but alcohol lingers a bit too long. Overall, pretty tasty. I would drink again if someone else was paying.
