May 2, 2007 Bottle, nice golden colour with large white frothy head. Aroma’s of alcohol, some spiciness but honey also quite evident. Quite smooth in taste with honey again showing but possibly a touch too sweet, some bitterness and quite a decent beer all in all.

Apr 28, 2007 (bottle - 33 cl) Clear golden color with a puffy and fizzy white head. Aroma is rather sweet with a good amount of honey and a nice malt undertone. Finish is sweet and malty with a very light touch of honey. Not overpowering which is very good. Finishes warm and fizzy.

Apr 24, 2007 Pours a clear gold with a lasting, medium, white head. Aroma is sweet malt, alcohol, honey, and some fruits. Has a creamy mouth. Flavor is sweet, but not as much as I expected. Has some fruit, and definite alcohol notes. Finishes with a slight alcohol warmth. Pretty solid, but nothing spectacular.

Apr 21, 2007 Bottle. Creamy white excellent mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Powerfull hoppy aroma with nice resin notes. Moderate sweet and light biter flavor. Light bitter long finish. Creamy/syruply palate. I really like this.

Apr 19, 2007 (33cl bottle, best by 07/09/08) Crystal clear apple juice body topped by small off-white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, peach, some honey, light alcohol. Taste is moderately sweet, peach/nectarine, some alcohol, honey, light bread/cookie, herb. Medium-full body, some stickiness.

Apr 16, 2007 This pours a clear, pale yellow body with a short-lived creamy white head. It smells of sweet pale malts, a drop of honey sweetness, and a sharp floral bouquet. The flavor’s perhaps a bit too sweet, grainy malt, honey, warm spices, yeast, and a moderate flowery bitterness. Apr 10, 2007 Bottle. Pours a hollow orange that has about as much pep as a crowd at a curling match between Ben Stein and Henry Kissenger. Smells of plastic figurines with a slight peach timbre. Flavor is honey-infused nutmeg with an orange finish. Average mouthfeel. Almost pumpkin-like as it warms. Plastic beer.
