Bottle: Hazy effervescent golden with an off white film of head. Very sweet aroma with tons of honey- a touch of wheat malt crispness and apparent toasted coriander spiciness. Sticky carbonation with a warming body. Very honeyish flavor with candied citrus notes and only a subtle touch of coriander in the mid palate. Late, mildly peppery phenolics and a papery herbal note toward the back. The sweetness masks what potential yeast nuances might be there. Still drinkable.

Bottle. A clear dark golden beer with a medium sized and quite persistent white head The aroma is lightly malty with almost no hops and has many note sof honey, plus some fruity hints (apricot).Quite nice nose. The flavour has a high amount of sweetness, with again many honey notes (maybe too many for me). Some fruitiness. Medium to full body, lively carbonation, long finish with light to medium bitterness, lightly alcoholic. I’m not usually a fan of honey beers, and this is not an exception, but is pretty decent.

Lovely lingering fluffy head and a really well balanced taste that would have been far too bitter if not balanced by the honey aftertaste. Strange yet fantastic hints of apricot in the aroma.

This beer was bursting with aroma.. Filled the whole room up with banana and honey and coriander. Pours a hazed light orange with a very nice head that lasted. Wonderful balanced carbonation with a very crisp finish that was smooth.. I got a massive banana flavor with this and a wonderful hop backbone, a good amount of spice. I was quite surprised by this beer and I really hope to drink it again soon

A clear golden colored beer, with a thick foamy white head. The aroma of sweet honey with some malt and fruits. The taste is bittersweet with honey and notes of fruit. A little spices in the back. The aftertaste is sweet bitter.

Draught at TJ’s: Aroma of butter with a slight hint of pale malts. Wheat??? Poured gold in color with a medium-sized, dense, white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Lightly hazy. Sparkling. Medium to heavily sweet flavor. Tastes of fruit, slight yeast, marzipan, and sugar. Honey??? Light body. Thin, lightly dry texture. Soft carbonation. Sweet, caramel and sugar finish. This is a honey beer? 8%ABV is well hidden.

HOARY BANAL BEER ! This beer smells of barely anything on popping and little or no carbonation. Even through the early taste I really couldn’t taste the honey. It kept threatening but didn’t deliver. The beer is smooth and strength well hidden, and pretty nice, but could do better .. and of course taste more of honey

Bottle from Belgium Beers, Antwerp. A two-finger dense offwhite head resting on a golden colored body with good clarity. Acidulous, honey-ish fruit aroma, quite inviting actually. Taste has a pleasant, discreet, fairly sweet honey flavor, fortunately not so cloiyng and overdone as feared. Light wheaty, with a mild spicy fruitiness beneath. Filling. Thick, yet smooth mouthfeel. Faint honey, wheat and crisp fruitiness in the finish. I like it a lot.
