Duft af honing i øl nærmest, hvilket er en so-so. Smagen og mundfylden er udmærket, men igen ikke fantastisk. Gror lidt på en efterhånden som procenterne ryger ind. Creamy head combined with effervescence makes a wonderful unusual fizz. Nicely sweet (but not too sweet) and strong. Very delicious. The girlfriend thought it tasted like honey flavored sprite. Would be a higher rating, but I think this one is so specific that I will only want one every now and again. PilsnerPeter (2612), Flushing, New York, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 18, 2009 Bottle: Hazy effervescent golden with an off white film of head. Very sweet aroma with tons of honey- a touch of wheat malt crispness and apparent toasted coriander spiciness. Sticky carbonation with a warming body. Very honeyish flavor with candied citrus notes and only a subtle touch of coriander in the mid palate. Late, mildly peppery phenolics and a papery herbal note toward the back. The sweetness masks what potential yeast nuances might be there. Still drinkable. Slayer85 (584), Firenze, Italy
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 13, 2009 Bottle. A clear dark golden beer with a medium sized and quite persistent white head The aroma is lightly malty with almost no hops and has many note sof honey, plus some fruity hints (apricot).Quite nice nose. The flavour has a high amount of sweetness, with again many honey notes (maybe too many for me). Some fruitiness. Medium to full body, lively carbonation, long finish with light to medium bitterness, lightly alcoholic. I’m not usually a fan of honey beers, and this is not an exception, but is pretty decent. tmc90 (17), Belgium
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 2/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 11, 2009 Lovely lingering fluffy head and a really well balanced taste that would have been far too bitter if not balanced by the honey aftertaste. Strange yet fantastic hints of apricot in the aroma. Chef Chad (102), Grand Junction, Colorado, USA

Filled the whole room up with banana and honey and coriander. Pours a hazed light orange with a very nice head that lasted. Wonderful balanced carbonation with a very crisp finish that was smooth.. I got a massive banana flavor with this and a wonderful hop backbone, a good amount of spice. I was quite surprised by this beer and I really hope to drink it again soon Ober (1188), Bommelerwaard, Netherlands
