Bottle. Clear dark brown with a beige head that fizzes away almost immediately. Aroma of stewed fruit, honey, chocolate, vanilla, coriander. Just short of syrupy with quite high carbonation. Sweet with lots of dark fruit - prunes, figs, raisins - , mocha, honey, coriander. Oranges peek out at the end which lightens things a little. Coriander becomes more prominent as it warms. Alcohol is obvious but not hot. Pleasant enough with a veneer of character that wears away as you drink it.

Pours very dark red. Aroma of honey and raisins. Taste is sweet and spicy with a tiny bit of bitterness at the end. Honey, oranges, sweet malt, pepper. That’s one tasty honey beer.

Couleur noire, forte mousse beige. Super
