bottled. Lively mouth-feel of brown ale w/ slight silver head. Smells of yeast, spice, & malty alcohol. Taste is sweet malts laced w/ lots of alcohol. A sweet bread Belgian. Hints of orange citrus, coriander, and other spices. Gets extra points for being this dark, having these flavors, and not being too sweet w/ candi sugars. A very good Belgian. Int. Beer of the Month Club.

Nearly black, airy offwhite head. Sweet, fruity and yeasty aroma. Flavour has fruit, alcohol and spicy yeast. Fluffy, creamy mouthfeel. A little too sweet, but quite enjoyable.

Sweet, fruity aroma - plum, cherry, black currant. Dark brown colour, not very tall tan head. Taste is sweet and fruity, just like the nose. Bitterness is low. Overall nice beer, nothing special, but just good.

Robe brune, légèrement ambrée. Mousse bien. Le miel domine, mais on sent aussi des saveurs de fruits noirs, pruneau, biscuit et levure. Légèrement sèche en bouche. Longue en bouche. Texture épaisse et carbonatation très fine: super texture. Une excellente bok.

330cc fliptop bottle. Pour dark ruby brown with tanned head. Behaves almost coka cola like. Very fizzy. Roasty bitter, sweet honey and dark caramel. Heavy carbonation.

0,33L swing-top bottle (from Wine of Galilee, Talllinn). Pours dark ruby-black with light tan head. The head stays for some time. Aroma is fruits, plums, minerals. Flavor is sweet, fruits, citrus, plums, caramel, burnt sugar, metallic notes, and spices. Finish is sticky sweet and fruity. Overall: good brew.
