Previously known as Winter Bok
Because the warrior needs to rest in winter as well, the Lefebvre Brewery has produced for you, from October to February, a winter Barbar Brassin.
Issue of high fermentation, Barbar winter Brassin is a brown ale containing Honey (2,5%). It is consumed cold, at approximately 5°C.

Pours a dark black brown color with a medium to small sized off white head. Mouthfeel is syrupy and the finish is on the long side. Notes of dark chocolate, licorice, spice, and dark brown sugar. Goes down easy.

On tap at Dallas gingerman. Pours a dark clear ruby with a dark beige foamy head. Aroma is esters, plums, raisins, dark fruits. Flavor is caramel, toast, yeast, banana, raisins. Nice lively mouthfeel.

Bottle. A very malty aroma, strong smell of chocolate, some wine and liquor. The head is large, creamy and beige, the body is black. It tasted a little bit sweet, very malty, also some chocolate. The texture is very creamy, medium strong with a normal carbonation.

Large biege frothy head on top a very dark red/brown bock,aroma caramel nutty honey good maltiness chocolate,flavour bok with body,the honey mixes in well tastes of chocolate and caramel,some nut mellow fizz and bitter hopy fruit notes toasted,bitter sweet tastes are mourishing,lovely bok.

bottle from bierkoning amsterdam. Pours a dark beer with a good head. Strong aroma with hints of dark fruits. Taste is really good with hints of honey. Lasting aftertaste. Nice beer!
