Tap @ Flying Saucer. Pours an average deep mahogany with a thin body and little head. Aroma is faint sweet root and a touch earthy re wine liquor. Flavor is a blend of sweet licorice and root beer, with a slight vegetable finish. Average mouthfeel. Eh, one is enough.

Nice and dark. Tasty as ever! Had several complex flavors and finished well. The aroma was almost as good as the taste.

Dark brown body with a delicious head. Fine spicey aroma with clove, cinnamon and caramel, some honey, a light roasted perfume. Smooth mouthfeel with a sweet caramel and some chocolate taste, flavor of roasted malt and fine dried fruits. Complex and delicious. A hint of hop in the finish.

33 cl Bottle. Large lasting off-white head. Aroma: fruit, honey, yeast, and some dark fruit. Taste: honey, spices (coriander?) some roasted malt, some hops, quite sweet. A lot of nuances in this beer, but well balanced. Good one.

Sweet, very fruity aroma with raisins, molasses, tangy hops. Very dark brown with a reddish or orange tint, low head going to lace. Sweet, molasses/honey flavor, roasted malts, chocolate, dried fruits, spice, slightly citrusy. Very sweet and somewhat cloying, but generally quite tasty.
