I enjoyed this IPA. Well balanced and not too bitter but with a nice hoppy flavour.

Amber body some nice head, some lacing. Lovely hoppy aroma. Taste could be more bitter but has a nice flavour to it. A pretty nice IPA. Nice to see something like this in Peru. Bottle from La Mar Cevicheria, Lima.

Best beer I had in Peru. Compares favorably to US IPA’s in color, aroma, hop profile and malt balance. Decent lacing.

Very foamy carbonated mouthfeel. Bitter on top of bitterness. Some metallic sharpness, but suddle. Minus the mouthfeel, this would be great.

Good dark IPA. Too much malt to hops can be expressed as it should. Still, the best beer of Peru

Keg - Canas y Tapas, Lima, Peru. Poured with a two-fingers and fading, lacy white head atop a lightly effervescent dark amber. Big, bold and resinous hops also with great grapefruit built upon a healthy biscuit malt base alongside some strawberry and mango. Medium body and carbonation with a high intensity, enduring finish. Best Peruvian beer of my travels by a country mile.

On tap: Poured a golden amber with a decent lasting head. Nice hop character, but more like an American pale ale than an IPA. Nice pine aroma with some malt character. One of the best Peruvian beers available.
