Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, acidic citrus - lemon, moderate yeasty, ginger, light coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet and light citrus acidic with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. More a witbier than a Belgium ale IMO. [20100706]

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of lemon, wheat, and spices - especially ginger. The flavor is acidic with notes of malt and lemon. Not to my liking. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Hazy orange with a medium off white head. Sweet and fruity aroma with malty and yeasty hints. Sweet and yeasty flavour with fruity and malty notes. Finished sweet.
