Bottled. An unclear golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of lemon, malt, and straw. The flavor is acidic with notes of malt and straw, leading to a tart finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Unclear hazy medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, citrus - orange, light moderate yeasty, leather notes. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and moderate bitter with a average duration, fruity - exotic fruit acidic notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100706]

Bottle 75 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Opaque golden with a rough off-white head. Tart, fruity nose, distinct lactic acid as apparently in all Barbaroux beers. Light body, lots of tart fruit. No bitterness. 070610

75 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and slight phenolic. Mild citric and light fruity hoppy. Yeasty too. Citric finish.
