From the barrel at the Plough, Worcester, 31/05/10. Pale yellow in colour. Aroma of dryish fruit with a touch of spice and wood. Easy drinking for the ABV, with tart fruit and some more wood. Good.

From the barrel at the Great British Beer Festival Day 2, August 2009. Typical silvery perry colour. Quite spicy aroma. Fairly dry mouthfeel with some tannins. Not a lot of residual fruit. Decent stuff.

Cask Stillage at the GBBF, Earl’s Court 05/08/2009 (ABV 6.0% so as Pat says below I’m not sure whether the one sampled is this or the 7% Worcestershire perry or even neither of the two!)
Fruity aroma. Light golden coloured hazy in appearance strong in alcohol and fruity pear flavour with a dry tannin finish.

Pale yellow with no head. Pear aroma with a hint of funk. Flavour is pear and wood, with a little tartness.

@GBBF2009 (hope this is the one, abv 6%). Hazy yellowish colour with no head. Aroma is pear, cheese, mild spicyness and also some wood and mild alcohol. Flavour is wood, pear, yeast, some sourness as well as some slight cheesy notes.
