I have personally asked many who love this product, especially compared to Redbridge. As a lager compared to other regular gluten-included lagers, I found it remarkably drinkable and savory. unclemattie (2410), Georgia, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 24, 2008 12oz bottle. Orange copper color. Clear. Thin white head. Aroma is of bread, grain, canned corn, and urine! Flavor is a nice malt character, very bready. I thought it was an ale until I read the Commercial Description. It is refreshing but not something I would drink all the time unless I had to. Thank God I’m not allergic to gluten. SB (317), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Mar 23, 2008 From Bottle. Poured golden. Very fizzy, bubbly white head, that dissipated very fast. Aroma of grain, and corn, and semi-sweet. Flavor was like a sweet bread, spiciness in the end with lingering aftertaste like butterscotch. Light bodied. Over the top carbonation. Texture was light and watery. cheapdark (2016), Monacatootha, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Mar 11, 2008 Nope, from the beginning has more personality than a regular old lager. Has a candy like fragrance. This is more like an ale, offensive, just like most ale. Has that ale character that makes it a prominent arrival on the palate. Much more offensive and ale-like compared to regular old american pale lagers. Has a rather malty personality that makes it feel much more than 4.7%. Also may i say this is darker and more orangish than the typical pale yellow lager. I would say this is more than a pale yellow lager, it is equal to many ales in personality, after all, it is an ale! Brewer101 (163), New Jersey, USA

| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Feb 23, 2008 Pours a crisp amber-orange color with a small foamy off-white head. Sweet, roasty aroma. Flavor is standard for a sorghum brew. Not overly impressed.

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Feb 17, 2008 12-oz. Pours a brilliant crystal clear coppery medium amber with verrrry little grayish head. Nasty cherry nose, smells synthetic. Mostly butterscotch on the nose, but the artificial fruit is hard to forget once you notice it. Medium body, odd for a lager, and somewhat fizzy. More weird phony butterscotch and cherry on the mid-palate. If you’re allergic to barley malt, and this is your only other beer option, for god’s sake, start learning about scotch or red wine.
