COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Golden Sorghum Lager will appeal to beer drinkers who prefer the lighter taste of lagers produced by the major brewers, such as Anheuser-Busch, Coors, Miller, and Heineken. This ale has a light crisp taste to meet the thirst quenching requirements of the lager style while still having enough body to interest the ale drinker during the spring and summer seasons. This beer has low bitterness and a subtle but pleasant hop aroma that will gently caress the senses.

12 oz bottle..was interested to try a sorghum based beeer.. pours what looks like a cream soda color and pop-like head. nose it light watery molasses, sugary. tastes like experimental pop..with hop bittering..thin body.. makes for a bad soda, and worse beer..

bottle. Poured clear amber with a thin white head. Aroma of sour apple. Light body, crisp carbonation with a watery finish. Grainy flavour, hayish and herbal with a tart citrus note. I didnít detect any hops in this brew.

Bottle - small foamy head, medium copper color, sweet malt like aroma and favor, mild hop balance, ok overall I guess for a sorghum beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

My first GF beer. How exhilirating! Transparent copper gold hue. Mild, but pleasant grain, caramel, honey, and malt forward aroma. Light bodied. Unfortunately the taste does not correspond with the scent at all. Extremely timid grain flavour with absolutely no caramel or honey that I detected in the aroma. Only worth consuming ice cold with large gulps.

Dull Copper Color, Small Head That Did Not Last Nor Did It Leave Any Lacing. Stale Earthy Hops Aroma. Sour Sorghum, Earthy, Stale Hops. Funky and Unpleasant. Not as bad as other Sorghum Beers Iíve tried but it does not mean that it is drinkable. Unless you have to go gluten Free route, stay away from this swirl. Pass It...

Didnít know what to expect. Not bad. Falls in the light lager category. It is a very mild beer with a dampened grain flavor and a light mouthfeel, soft carbonation and slightly sweet. There is an equally moderate bittering in the finish. Lawnmower beer.

Golden with a decent head. Smells like a lager and tastes like most lagers other than there is a sweetness that doesnít really go well with it. Not horrible but not something I will be buying again.

Drink very cold. This has a wonderful crisp taste and mouth feel. Nice and light. Great for a thirst quencher. I am normally a heavy stout or porter drinker and I loved this one.

Aroma is a basic graininess and light sulphur. Taste is bland with light sweetness, honey and clove. Light funkiness on tip. Appearance is a somewhat hazy yellow body with a than pearl head that retain a fairly poorly.

Clear, pale gold pour with a small, white head. The aroma has very faint hops. It has a light, crisp body with lively carbonation. The taste is mildly sweet with a quick, refreshing finish.
