Dark ale, creamy head (not persistent). Poor aroma. Really balanced mix of malt, sweetness, roasted malt, bitterness; strong body, yet easy to drink. Strong palate, sweet first, then firmly bitter; persistent.

very dark colour, nice head and beautiful lace, nutty aroma with notes of plum, coffee and of course the traditional floral touch ’made in Bäre-Bräu’, full bodied and well-structured with a dry, bitter coffee aftertaste
