ChainGangGuy (2523), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA Oct 11, 2007 Appearance: Pours an opaque black body with a creamy, pale beige head.
Smell: Exceptionally weak aroma of dry roasted grains and chocolate.
Taste: Roasted grains with sourish, watered down dark chocolate. A vague sweetness shuffles lazily by in the middle. Dry, lightly sour finish. Good grief.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Soft carbonation. Creamy-ish mouthfeel.
Drinkability: Painfully weak and lacking in all it’s parts, I found it almost impossible to stifle the yawns while drinking this thing. performula (147), Triangle Area, North Carolina, USA Oct 8, 2007 Looks good, thats it. Creamy head, good color. No taste, finish, nothing. This had to be fresh as it was from Busch Gardens. yayforbeer (641), Orange Park, Florida, USA Oct 8, 2007 On tap in the Hospitality Room at the A-B Brewery in Jacksonville Florida. Beautiful dark pour with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head, probably nitro’d. Not much aroma, but not bad. Looks like an attempt at Guinness Draught, and the looks are right on. Flavor is a little weak, and to be honest, Guinness Draught is a little weak as well. Some dark chocolate, bitterness, and ashtray. Not enough malt base to be satisfying or really flavorful. Just seems empty. Drinkable, but not as much as Guinness Draught, and even less so that a really good stout. strangaj (229), West Chester, Ohio, USA Sep 23, 2007 This had a composition and taste very much like a guinness, but with a touch more flavor. Canadianlush (169), Scottsdale, Arizona, USA Sep 21, 2007 On tap at the Phily airport. Not bad. I ordered it help me fall asleep on a 5 hour flight back to Phoenix. It served its purpose and went down OK to boot. Good color but minimal aroma. Somewhat creamy, bitter and plenty malty taste followed by just an OK finish. Personally I think it would rank better if some micro brew made it instead of AB, but whatever. CIPS514 (77), Lawrenceville, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 I thought this was a very good beer. I first drank it in a bar at Busch-Garden, Virginia. It was a great experience and this beer fit the role of the time. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 02/10/2005

black, thin tan head, rich malt flavor with an over whelming amount of bitterness, touch of chocolate, could be a winner with less bitterness
