Citrus aroma, perhaps mandarin and lime Clear, pale amber beer with a good long lasting head. Flavour follows through on the promise of the aroma, perhaps a little sweet.

Bottle sampled at the Barearts Brewery/cafe, Todmorden, W.Yorks, 06.04.12 with Loz Pours warm gold with white head. Initially I didn’t mind this but after a while I found that the sweetness was a little heavy, the hoppiness was far less than I would have expected for the style and the alcohol started to show a bit. Not bad and pleasant in some respects but at £5 a bottle a bit steep. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0

500ml bottle at home on 19 June 2011. Hazy gold colour. Thin white head. Quite citric aroma. Sweetish and also lemony on the palate. A bit sharp. Not really much like an APA - not aromatic enough (or an IPA for that matter). Plenty of hops but it’s all rather harsh. Overall, odd but not unappealing.

Bottled. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a small creamy slightly off white head. Aroma is earthy hops along with mild sweet malts as well as some slight grainy and yeasty notes. Flavour is fruits, floral and mildly grassy hops along with some sweet malltyness. Tonguetickling palate.
