Very pale gold with a white head. Rather pissy on the nose with a fair hint of ammonia. Pleasant enough but really thin.

30th July 2011>br>ChrisOs ’Donkey Dork Lord’ Pre-GBBF Tasting. Hazy pale gold beer. Residual white head. Light, semi dry and semi crisp palate. Bland watery hop with a notion of some grapefruit. Pretty boring!

Clear light medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, citrus, thin citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110730]

Pale yellow. Nice cascade aroma, light, crisp, grapefruit zest. Thin, hoppy flavor with nice citrus; grassy, good and light with nice hops.

Bottled@The Chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011 "Donkey Dork Lord Edition". Golden colour, small head. Aroma is fruits, grains, earth, some mild bready notes as well. Flavour is quite the same with some cardboard and mild notes of rubber as well. A not that pleasant Bare Arts brew for once...

Chris pre Gbbf shindig 2011. Pale gold. Slight haze. Dirty aroma. Some ok hop on end. Good hop rest is a bit light.

(Bottle at Chris & Ruth, huge thanks) This was a complex beer to review. On the other hand this was a decent ale. Then there was this very clear cowhouse aroma. This mixture was something I’ve never experienced before. The aroma wasn’t really off-putting but still it confused my senses. Flavour was ok: bit fruity and clearly hoppy.
