500ml bottle at home on 19 June 2011. Pale gold in colour. Thin white head. Good condition. Quite hoppy but clearly traditional English hops are in the forefront. However, they are employed generously, producing a fairly bitter and slightly tart result. Firm, moderately assertive mouthfeel.

Bottle 500ml.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, light to moderate hoppy, fruity, resin, acrid. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110619]

Bottled. Goldeny orange colour, small slight off-white head. Aroma is fruits, mild maltyness and somme floral notes as well. Flavour is fruits, floral notes as well as some mild bready maltyness. Quite bitter finish. Also some mild notes of alcohol.
