500ml bottle at home on 19 June 2011, Orange/amber colour. A little green apple on the nose. Bittersweet on the palate. Some caramel and sherbet. Bitterness comes later. A herbal twist on the finish. Alcohol is rather evident. I guess it does what it says on the tin.

Bottle 500ml.

Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, leather, dark fruit, alcohol - phenol. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, strong apricot, sharp yeast, light alcohol burn. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20110619]

Bottled. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruits, some wooden and resiny notes. Flavour is fruits, nectar, wooden and some mild caramel malty notes. Quite sappy and mildly burning notes in the finish as well.
