(swing top bottle) Cloudy, murky golden colour with a short and slightly off-white frothy head. Yeasty, cara-malty and moderately wheaty aroma with notes of banana, bubblegum, as well as a mildly clovy and herbal hoppy touch. Sweet and slightly bitter-tart flavour, medium to light bodied with a smooth carbonation. Moderate wheat-character with cara-malt, slightly grainy and banana-fruity taste with mildly spicy notes; sweet and slightly bitter malt-accented finish with a tinge of herbal hops. Pleasantly rounded Weizen. 13.X.10

Cloudy, golden to ight amber coloured, quite loose but stable off-white head; more caramelly than wheaty-fruity nose with faint illusions of hops; light to moderate sweet-sourish flavour with a subtle bitterness, very smooth; caramelly-fruity finish with a delicate hoppy tail. Bärig gute Weisse.....
