Plenty of clove together with nice sweet malt in the aroma. Moderately spicy with very low banana or bubblegum esters. Orange-dark yellow and cloudy with a nice big, white head. Sweet, lemony malt flavour leading to clove and a little coriander and bubblegum. Medium body, medium carbonation, sweet and phenolic finish.

Aug 30, 2008 Tap. Orange, banana, clove and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy orange amber color with big head. Slightly sweet orange, banana, and wheat malt flavor. Light bitter finish. A top rate weizen.

Nov 21, 2005 Updated: Apr 13, 2008Tap@BarfussserNeu-Ulm. Citrus and banana mixed aroma. Cloudy, amber color, beige creamy head, very nice lace. Light sourish (citric), sweet, light bitter, banana, hint of citrus. Very smooth, bit thin in the finish.
