swing top bottle 1000ml. -Brownish coloured, small to medium sized pale beige head, malty nose with hint of coffee and smoke. Light roasted malt, hint of coffee and hops with mild sweetish bitter finish. Unfortunately pretty watery and ordinary.

1l swing-top bottle from Barfüßer Ulm. Hazy golden yellow, mid-sized white head. Malty-hoppy aroma, grainy touch. Medium-bodied, solid malty base with a grainy-bready touch and hints if yeast that add a shy fruity touch. Shy hops tune in towards the finish, slightly grassy.

This on tap at the Barfüßer in Ulm, where it was presented as the Blonde, not at the one in Nürnberg. Perfectly cloudy golden with a creamy bright white head. Yikes, nose does have some low-level pretzel/bread but is otherwise overwhelmed by stale tire air. That stale rubbery note also mixes in the mouth with beady tones and some blithe citrus. Very crisp medium-full body. Honestly, with food to cover the flaws, it’s more like a 3.0.

In Nurnberg , go to this Brauerei, and be swalloed by the noise of the bar; the tap beer is one of the best " Natürtrub" you can have in Nurnberg; the comsumptions numbers are awesome: 12.000 liters per day , internal use !!! ( the restaurant has a capacity for 1500 consumers); About the beer, dark coloration, and the flavor has to be respected as one of a kind.

[bottle from Brewpub] Rich and crisp malty aroma with very fresh noble hops. Hazy gold with nice white flanel blanket that laces the glass. Crisp and ascertive maltiness (perfect maltiness) that is followed by a good balance of German hops and a touch of bitterness. Extremely fresh. Medium body, medium carbonation, just a touch of lingering bitterness but otherwise Excellent.
