Polycask at the bar at Bromyard Folk Festival 10.09.11 Pours silver in colour but with a very decent clarity and just a few stray bubbles. Slightly tart and with a decent sharp peary tang and a streak of jiffy lemon juice running through, touch on the dry side, fruity, good stuff this. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.4

Cask at aberdeen Beer festival ... Light hazy yellow ... Very pear ... very drinkable ... loads of flavour .

Draught@Reading BF. This was quite nice. Some lightly juicy pear notes. Dry and juicy. Some some light acidity in the finish. Some floral pear notes. Nice and refreshing.

Bag in a box at Reading BF 2007. Clear gold/orange with no head. Some good acetone on aroma. Good perry, slightly harsh, but has that kick you in the face thing. Very dry finish. Lovely.
