COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This rich malty ale has an aroma of toasted grains, roast pumpkins and spices. It is very malty, somewhat sweet and creamy. Locally grown and selected pumpkins were roasted and added to the boil of the beer along with locally grown Chinook hops. The pumpkin spices are very subtle as not to overpower the pumpkins and hops.

Amber and clear. Pumpkin spice, cinnamon, nutmeg. Taste is the same as the smell. Semi-sweet.

Draft at the source. Clear dark amber color, small white head. Aroma of nutmeg and cinnamon. Taste is similar. Lots of spice.

Draft at restaurant. Good pumpkin aroma with the expected spices... nothing too much. Orange to amber color, a little cloudy... looks good. I enjoyed this with the only hold back being that the body is a little light / watery. Recommend but not best of the pack for this type.
