This rich malty ale has an aroma of toasted grains, roast pumpkins and spices. It is very malty, somewhat sweet and creamy. Locally grown and selected pumpkins were roasted and added to the boil of the beer along with locally grown Chinook hops. The pumpkin spices are very subtle as not to overpower the pumpkins and hops.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a dark caramel-amber color with a small foamy orange-white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was cinnamon, nutmeg and sweet malts. The flavor was somewhat sweet and bready with moderate cinnamon, nutmeg and a bit of clove. Medium length tangy and sweet pumpkin pie spices. Medium body. Decent.

Draft at Barley and Hops. One of the better pumpkins. Lots of pumpkin flavor but really drinkable. Second only to Pumpking. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Amber and clear. Pumpkin spice, cinnamon, nutmeg. Taste is the same as the smell. Semi-sweet.

Draft at restaurant. Good pumpkin aroma with the expected spices... nothing too much. Orange to amber color, a little cloudy... looks good. I enjoyed this with the only hold back being that the body is a little light / watery. Recommend but not best of the pack for this type.
