Tap at the brewery. Pours clear dark gold with a medium, frothy white head, medium retention with light lacing. Aroma is sweet Pils and cereal malt, corn notes and medium earthy and spicy hops. Flavor is sweet malt dominant, light hops and bitterness with a sweet finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Taster on tap at the brewpub. Clear golden color. Fizzy off-white head that quickly reduces. Medium body. Lighter, soft carbonation. Lightly slick. Bready flavor. Lightly peppery, moderate bitter, light sweet. Light bit of a bite. OK.

On draft. Sour toffee aroma. A burst of toffee fills the mouth and then quickly vanishes. Crisp and springy!

Draft. Copper color, clear, decent head. Medium light body, mild taste and aroma, easy drinking beer that is easy with food. Overall a good choice.

I had a pint of this beer on tap at the brewpub in May 2012. The beer had a clear amber color with a small, creamy white head that had short retention but decent cling and good lacing. The aroma featured a blend of caramel malt along with some notes of floral hops and a touch of citrus. Its flavor had a rich, sweet, malty effect, which had some notes of fruit and only very light bitterness. It was a very wet and watery beer with low carbonation and was quite smooth but light.
