Draft at the brewpub, July 2006. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with a light touch of hops. The flavor is sweet malty with quite a lot of caramel, but a bit later notes of lemon from the hops grows in intensity, leading to a slightly bitter end.

On tap at the brewpub, July 2006. Dark amber, gingery colour. Fair amount of resiny citrus hops. Touches of toasty malt. Smooth and mellow. Maybe a bit soft but entirely pleasant.

Draft... Murky, mahogany ale with a mid-sized, creamy, off-white head. Heavy grapefruit, medium pine and mild chocolate in the aroma. Flavor has good balance. Generously hopped with a decent, chocolate and caramel malt backbone. Tangy. Medium-bodied and fizzy. Finishes tangy, bitter and dry.
