Riserva 2009; 1 year old, batch L34.09, bb 12-14 (Dec 2014) Hazy red-amber color, beautiful, with a medium-sized creamy head. Light aroma, caramel dust and liquorice. Good body structure; simple malt and caramel flavor, some sweetness, too much (sweet) liquorice for such a beer, and also the alcohol is too evident. Correct bitterness. Unexpected, but also a bit disappointing.

Bottle courtesy of cgarvieuk. Murky brown-amber with no head. Massive, agressive acetone/chemical nose. Not nice. But taste is very different, sweet and smooth that masks the alcohol well. Interesting, tricky to rate.
