olfatto decisamente "vinoso". punte di acido e frutta secca,con una punta di toffee.sicuramente una birra da meditazione.

Cloudy brown color; just a few bubbles, then forming a thin collar on the sides of the glass.
The aroma is peculiar, fruity, citrusy: it reminds me Aperol, sweet oranges, chinotto (a local citrus fruit used for sodas); also light cheese aroma.
Medium body strength, the mouthfeel is lightly oily, the absence of carbonation doesn’t help; mild flavor of dark caramel and light malt flavor, some sweetness, with a bit too much yeast that associates this beer dangerously to a homebrew.
Correct bitterness; the final shows a light astringency due to the yeast, but also a light pleasant citrusy trace, similar to what found in the aroma. The alcohol is well hidden, just noticeable because of a moderate mouth warmth.
There is some potential, but this beer requires a major rework.
