@brewpub. Pours a dark brown to black with a nice looking light brown head. Aroma of coffee, cocoa and roasted barley. Flavor is bitter chocolate and coffee and balanced with a little sweetness. Pretty decent oatmeal stout.

Sample at brewery. Light roasted malt aroma. Black body with tan head. Flavor had a light roast but that was it. Watery and just seemed like an ordinary beer nothing else.

This was some damn good stuff. Roasty and sweet coffee aroma. Pours black with a thin tan head. Flavor is more roasty coffee. A little sweet. Some fruitiness? Finishes mildly hoppy as I can pick up some citrus on the back end. Finishes very smooth.

On tap @ Barley Brothers poured a opaque black with a lasting brown head. Aromas of roasted malt, coffee and bitter chocolate. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of bitter chocolate, smoke, mocha and vanilla with a lingering bittersweet finish.
