Draft at GABF 2014. Pours a golden amber with white lacing. Aroma is grapefruit and fresh pine. Mouthfeel is medium with average bitterness for an american pale and the classic combo of grapefruit and pine. It works though, because in this case, the flavors presented are fresh.

On tap at barley brown taphouse. Pours out a crisp golden topped with a small head. Nose is lots of great citrus grapefruit pine and a good malt. Taste is as the nose with the citrus hops leading the way. Grapefruit cereal malts fresh and crisp.

Draught. Pours a hazy amber color with a very small head on it. Nose is hop-forward, with some nice grassy and resin notes coming through. Taste is only slightly bitter, and has just a little bit of earthiness to it. Just a slight bit disappointing, though still very pleasant.

Draft at BeerMongers. Pours clear gold with minimal white head. Nice lacing. Aroma: holy wow pine. Big ass pine, some citrus, 100% awesome. Nose tells me this is fresh. Grapefruit, pine, more grapefruit. Smells amazing. Medium-light body; lots of citrus. Light carbonation, medium sweetness with soft, pleasant bitterness. Overall: this be one tasty, fresh, tropical awesome pale. Barley Browns, I like your style -- this is special, nearing pseudoSue in its tastiness. Even surrounded by so much greatness here in Oregon, this one stands out.
