On tap at Apex. Pours golden with a thick beige head and a faint citrus aroma. There is a hearty pale malt flavor with a very bitter dry finish.

THANK YOU! 32 oz. Crowler sampled. Clear citrus, golden, little white head. Nose is massive citrus & pine hop oil, juicy, almost aromatic oil like extract, heavy. Taste is mango oil & extreme hop oil extract with low grass, almost goes to medicinal, pure hop oil juice. Thick hop oil body. Alcohol is covered but it starts getting to you after a while. I admire it but itís a bit hard to drink for me.

UPDATED: JUL 28, 2016 Re-rate. Draft at Growler Guys. Golden yellow color with a finger of sturdy white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus and florals. A bit of tropical fruit, but not sweet. Tastes a little bitter with moderate sweetness. Really great hop flavors.

Cooperís, Seattle. Thick foamy cap, bubbly gold. Dank, eggy, Simcoe earthiness. Smooth thick sip, balancing bitter and alcohol. Canít get past the aroma unfortunately, doesnít invite me in personally. Earthy dank and some resiny citrus. Big, a bit brash, itís nice but not my profile.

On tap at Bottleworks. Pale golden color. Aroma of citrus and pine. Flavor is orange, apricot, pine, and a good amount of syrupy sweetness. On the border of boozy for only 8.3 abv.

On tap @ Apex. Pours bright, lightly hazy orange copper with thin lacy white head. Aroma is lightly sweet caramel malt, big juicy citrus hops featuring orange and mango. Taste is likewise - malt is sweet but really moves to the background as the floral hop notes dominate. Hops are huge and juicy up front, dank and earthy on the back. This is outstanding for a BB DIPA, and thatís saying something.

On tap at ABV Pub in Hillsboro, OR. Hazy Golden pour with good lacing all the way down the glass. Fruity aroma and taste with a lingering pleasant bitterness in the taste and finish. Medium full mouthfeel. Lovely.

Draught @ Apex, Portland, OR. Pours orange with a smooth head. Aroma of herbal hops, grass, citrus, pine, caramel and dankness. Taste is dank wet hoppy, grassy, herbal and citrusy with loads of pine. Finish is crisp, super hoppy and grassy with some pine, dank hops and citrus. Great stuff.

Draft pour to a sniffer at the Thirsty Hop. Listed at 9%. Bright oily orange pour with a patchy fizz head. Orange peel bitter like aroma. Juicy up front, with a delicious orange flavor to it. Fruity hop character throughout. Has a bit of a nutty background and late palate, to pair with the bitter hops. Bitterness isnít harsh though. Overall a smooth, easy drinking imperial. Very nice.
