3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz goblet draft at APEX in Portland, Oregon. The pour is a pretty hazed orange golden with a 1 inch thick head that falls with coating lace. The aroma is cereal grain malt with grass floral hop. The taste is resin, floral, tropical fruit hop balanced nicely with the cracker cereal grain malt. The palate is medium bodied with natural carbonation. Finish is dry with a bit of mineral and a touch of bitterness. Solid.

Pretty basic PNW IPA, hop forward resinous and piney, amber slightly sweet malt body helps balance, decent though

UPDATED: OCT 25, 2015 Enticing citrus pine aroma in a hazy golden pour. Huge hop forward start is backed up by the full bodied taste and sustained bitter finish.

Growler thanks to TaborTime. Pours clear deep amber; confused here. Large creamy beige head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is pine, dankness, caramel, bready. Flavor is medium sweet and light plus bitter. Medium body. Meh. I guess I need to reconfirm this one, I am really confused why half the ratings call it amber/copper, and the other half call it golden.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap @ Sassy’s. Golden colored beer with white foam. A super dank pine nose and lots of orange, grapefruit, and fresh flowers. Maybe some light fruity sweetness. Good bitter pine, resin, and citrus rind. Plenty of zesty grapefruit and orange. Nice floral and grassy biter on the back end. Slight malt flavor and sweetness. Good stuff.

Sampled at rbsg. Clear golden. Fruity, and a bit funky hops. Sage brushish? Smooth and sweet malts. Interesting. Carbonation is very soft. Ok.
