They seem to say, yeah we want to make craft brews, but are really afraid they might not be well received. The aroma was present but not amazing, w/ some malt scent. Appearance was a brown color, thin head. It’s flavor is a bit to watered down, it doesn’t make me beg for more. It’s smooth. Again a very forgetable beer. Taste is medium sweet, caramel, some nut, light sourness. Watery light-medium body. n49921 (72), USA Sep 2, 2007 Bottle. Dark amber in color, with slight white head. Very little head. Nutty, malty aroma. Slight nut taste to start with a bit of malty. Medium body. Taste builds, then leaves a nice dry aftertaste with a hint of hops.
