Poured brown with off white head. Smells light and smokey and has similar smokey flavor. Very sweet and smooth. I was surprised with this one.

Much better than I expected it to be. It has a nice smokey brown flavor and a lighter than expected color. Also, a sweet and smokey aroma. Iím a fan - and now I see that itís fairly local to boot.

Rated: 750 ml bottle. This is a good broan ale, with a slight head. It is malty, but seems a little on the sour side. Subdued hops, and a finish that is malty and a bit tart, with hints of black cherry. A complex beer.

Nice brown color. Malty and light hop aroma. I liked this beer despite other rating.

This was a decent beer. Something that is made very close to where I live, but I tried it first tonight. Not bad.

An OK brown ale. Color is right, brown but light passes through. Malty nose and malty flavors dominate. Hint of hops especially on the finish.

On tap GABF í02: Malts in the aroma, deep orange/brown color with a decent head. The rest of this rating is a bit incoherent with a "not h????" in there. Also an email address of my shift supervisor for next yearís GABF that Iím working at. (Hey, it says so in my notes so it must be true!)
