2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Single bottle purchased from an LCBO in Ottawa, Ontario on 06/05/2012. Colour: Medium yellow with gold. Limited white lacing. Nose: A strange mix here. Tomato sauce, fried food, pickling juice, yeast after swirling. Just not good. Taste: Medium sweet, medium-light bitter, medium sour. There is a perky sourness in the grain, and it plays amongst a consistent sweetness. Fresh corn comes late and through to the finish. This beer seems like its trying hard but just hasn’t been able to reach the cookie jar yet.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a deep golden yellow with a big frothy white head. Aroma is honey and hay straw. Seems like I was in a hay loft. Taste is hay, grains and cereal. The sweetness is a little strong for me.

1.6 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
341 ml bottle, 4.5% ABV consumed 7 days after bottling. Gotta give them credit for putting the bottling date so visibly on the cap. Pours golden yellow with a slightly above average white head. Initial impression from the smell coming from the bottle is: "is that vomit?". Aroma of sulfur, barley malt, floral hops. Yeah this is not all that great. For those wondering--my RB account is not named after this beer. It’s actually named after a mountain/city from the old-school game "Might and Magic".....

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Really quite drinkable for a lager. Smells of faint barley malt, tastes like a touch of sweetness and cereal. Had a pint of this at Ceili Cottage - drinkable.

I tried this beer on tap on July 8, 2011 at "C’est What" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a clear medium gold colour with a long lasting white head. Aroma was primarily grass with a hint of floral hops. Mouthfeel was medium bodied, creamy, with mild carbonation. Flavour was grainly malt, some sweetness, and was quite refreshing.

12 oz bottle. Sulphury aroma. Pours golden blonde. Sulphury flavor with a musty taste with a bitter finish. Finishes nice but the sulphur is off putting.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pale straw pour. The aroma is lightly sweet. There is more than a faint aroma of diacetyl. Crackery base malts but they’re hidden behind the diacetyl. Fairly pronounced hoppiness though - noble/floral style hops. Fairly light and easy to put back - just don’t let it warm up.

[3147-20100719] Tap. Not much aroma at all, maybe a little grains and yeast as it warms. Clear, pale orange yellow body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Mild yeast and lettuce leaves flavour has mild petrol hints afterward when it warms. Light body. Not bad but not much to it.
