crushinat0r (226), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Mar 6, 2007 Pours like coke, looks like coke, tastes like.. Not coke. Tastes more like a vomit-like mix of coke (and not in a good way, is there a good way?). Fizzy to pour, totally flat with no visible head afterwards. Dark, slightly malty and putrid. There is nothing more to say about this beer, sadly.
Tessic (379), Brantford, Ontario, Canada Aug 20, 2008 This ale poured a black colour with a nice dense, foamy, tan coloured head. To the nose there are scents of roasted malt, caramel, ripe fruit and coffee. First taste was serious on the roasted side, slightly thin but the flavour makes up for it. Slightly smokey with flavours of caramel and coffee bean. Finish was burnt and slightly bitter. Very good, reminds me of the Stone Hammer Dark from F & M Brewery in Guelph, Ontario, Canada french tickler (494), Aylmer, Quebec, Canada Aug 13, 2008 On tap @ Pub Italia

Pyrozoid (160), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada Aug 4, 2008 (Dégusté avec french tickler) Une biere de couleur cuivre avec un tres mince collet un peu collant. Arome de raisins, alcohol. Gout de blé, amandes et raisins. robinvboyer (1007), Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, Canada Jun 9, 2008 nice maltiness in the aroma, lots of caramel, and toffee, with a huge sweet amlt. Flvour is sweet, and again very malty. not a bad ale, but not great, its pretty one dimensional. radiomgb (1761), Peterborough, Ontario, Canada May 11, 2008 Deep amber in colour, thin beige coloured head, light lacing. The aroma is toasty with some toffee, nuts and light malts. The flavour is a bit on the watery side, thin, very light roast, moderate sweetness. Incredibly empty mouthfeel, thin body, mild carbonation. Finishes thin, quick and watery.
Totally lifeless and empty, very plain. I hate buying beers like this. Absolutely no originality in this beer.
