Cherry and coffee aroma, dark brown, red at the edges, small tan head. Flavour is light on the cherry, subdued coffee, as it warms some chocolate is noted. Thin, not too sweet. Ordinary.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 piscator34 (1644) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - JAN 31, 2012
Bottled sample via BreWedge. Dark brown in colour with fairly strong carbonation. Lots of chocolate fudge notes on the nose, backed by some subtle cherry. More chocolate and cherry notes in the mouth, but in a more balanced way. Some savory herbs and earth elements come in on the back end. Light to medium bodied, with a tart cherry finish. Not bad, but the light mouthfeel was a bit of a letdown.
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 yrstruly (47) - Guelph, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 23, 2011
Dark brown with a decent-sized, cream head. Aroma is faint, cocoa and malt - no noticeable cherry. Taste-wise, there is some coffee and a bit of cherry, but the taste is weak. Some bitterness on the finish. Overall, I think this needs to be bumped up a notch in the cherry aroma/taste.
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 sinkhole (258) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 15, 2011
Draught. Pours a deep hazy dark brown, with a thick tan-colored head. Aromas of toasted malts with hints of chocolate and black cherries. Taste of bitter chocolate and roasted coffee malts, mixed with a subtle sweet black cherry floral. A very nice porter.
2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 Metalchopz (1427) - Quebec, CANADA - JAN 26, 2011
Says "beer brewed with cherries" on front label. Pours a dark red-brown colour with a soapy cola-coloured head that dissipate fast leaving not much. Roasted malt nose with lots of hop and hints of cherries and coffee. Flat mouthfeel and pretty thick. Pretty much the same for the flavours. Roasted malt, a bit of coffee with a touch of cherries and the hop taking over most of it. I find there is a little confusion with the tastes and aromas trying to mix together, but not really getting along all that well. Would like to try other cherry porters to see if it is the same.

I triied this beer on tap at "The Beerbistro" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer was a solid ruby red, with a light brown foamy cap. The aroma was roasted malt, cherry, and floral hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was dark malt, coffee, and cherry. Very drinkable.

[3520-20101218] Tap. Not much in the aroma, some light sugar notes. Clear, dark brown red body with a quick creamy light tan head. Little sweet flavour has some candy cherry maple but is mostly roasted malt. Medium body. Fair.

341 ml bottle from LCBO, served at cellar temperature in a tulip glass. 14DE10.
App.: Deep brown-black with a fair light mocha foam.
Aroma: Definite cherries, sweetened sour cherries, light for pie, chocolate, vanilla, a touch of coconut, more cherries, a hint of coffee, nice.
Palate: Medium+ body, moderate-low effervescence.
Flav.: Lots of cherry pie filling, slight warm spices, some dark chocolate notes, a touch of black coffee, more cherries; off-dry with a touch of brightness and a little bitterness.
Nice job.
3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 garthicus (2088) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 14, 2010
On tap @ Victory Café. Appearance: pitch black with a small off white head. Aroma: mild cherry, blackforrest gateaux, slight grassyness, a hint of malt. Flavour: blackcurrant syrup, the kind you’d get on a softee ice-cream cone, some aniseed notes in there too with a weird natural rubber flavour hiding in the background. Has a malty and long sticky finish.
