Birra gialla paglia, opaca con una schiuma chiare non abbondantissima ma di buona persistenza. Delicata e dolicina, agrumata con una interessante speziatura . Molto beverina. Buona ma comunque non travolgente.

Lively hazy yellow colour with thick creamy white head.
Yeast and wheat in rather mild aroma. Flavour is also quite easy. Some mild wheat, mild spices and mild yeast. Hmm... I was expecting a bit more but you never know...

The aroma is fruity like like Hawaiian Tropic sun tan lotion with metallic hops, spice, and paper. The appearnace is golden with a large head and floating particles. The taste is not like the aroma being bland and malty with a lot of water. The palate is typical for the style. Overall I like it but it’s not a standout.

Zymatore version of this beer. Pours yellow with huge white head that lingers. Mild citrus smell. Super refreshing, lemon and orange flavors, sour and lightly sweet. Very clean finish.

Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head and good lacing rngs. that leaves good lace. Nose is spicy with citrus. Medium body. Flavor is spicy with smooth citrus and some sour tartness. Dry finish. Very nice.

Spices and wheat bread in aroma. The flavor is spices up front and wheat bread and esters/yeast as well. Relatively complex for a witbier, very good take on the style.

As the name of the beer says, it is a very fresh beer. I usually drink it on summer. It is very light, also due to its low alcoholic graduation and easy to drink. I’ve drunk it very often at bir&fud restaurant in Rome, with a pizza. Absolutely not complex and very refreshing.

Bottle. Light hazy yellow hue with a fizzy mostly white head. Tad yeasty in the aroma; lightly citric; touch of spice and light yeastiness is the dominant attribute. Hint of flowers and coriander. Light body, and bubbly carbonation. Not bad, but not great.

Hazy yellow beer with a big frothy white head that leaves good lace. Aroma is spicy with some citrus rind. The flavor is very nicely spicy with lots of citrus rind bitterness. There is a mild tartness and the beer is very nicely dry but has a wee bit of honey in there as well. Pretty nice witibier.

Bottiglia da 75 all’Altrimenti Braceria di Mele. Wit dignitosa, ma sinceramente Barley offre di molto meglio.
