Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow. White head, two fingers. Nose is citrus, coriander, crisp. Taste is citrus zest, coriander, but creamy, almost buttery for the style. Very smooth, delicious example.

Jun 20, 2008 Pours amber and hazy with a nice white head. Smells of coriander, cumin, some wheat. Tastes dry with some nice citrussy splashes. Nice, but not enough of a departure from Hoegaarden. $20 for this or $9 for a 6er of Hoegaarden, I’ll go with Hoegaarden every time. I hope these beers come down in price or I can’t see them lasting in this area.

May 8, 2008 hazy yellow with a thick white head. Classic orange peel, citrus, corriander, and foot aroma of most wits. Finishes slightly dry.
