COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A big beer for the winter season. This dark ale has brown sugar in the kettle along with a mix of specialty grains. The spices are cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and bitter orange. Recipe is based off the British humbug rock candy made with brown sugar and mint

Draft sample at IBGW 2011. Poured clear brown color with an average frothy brown head that was lasting with good lacing. Moderate to heavy ginger, spice and sweet aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy sweet spice flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate to long duration. Better then my expectations winter brew.
