2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
4 oz draft serving at brewpub. Pours a pale yellow with a small head. Aroma is very mild wheat and barely detectable citrus and spices. Taste is below average generic wheat. Very generic wheat beer flavor. Mouthfeel is a little on the thin side for a wheat. Not anything I would like to drink on a regular basis.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pour on tap, clear yellow pour with white head, aroma brought notes of slight watered down wheat, grass, some coriander, touch of orange peel into a bit of biscuity bread. Taste is a mix of grass, bread, biscuit, hints of spice, touch of orange into a bit of coriander, finishing dry, slightly sweet.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
bottle - Pours gold and very bubbly with a huge white head. The aroma is lacking. I’m just getting some mild grain. The flavor is moderately sweet with some fruit character. Overcarbonated. It’s light bodied and fairly good for what it is, a simple summer beer.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
12 ounce bottle in JW Marriot bar Indy. Coriander and wit flavors against the hazy orange citrus body and taste. Ok.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft to taster. Looks solid; an almost completely transparent light gold with white lacing. Smells of Belgian yeast and spices. Tastes like it smells, only more robust, with a nice, light mouthfeel. This one exceeded my expectations, as I’m not a huge fan of the style to begin with.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Aroma: Lightly tart wheat with some coriander; comes off as floral and peppery as well- lots of character for the style. Appearance: Cloudy yellow/gold body with a collar of bubbly white head. Flavor: Tart, spiced wheat character up front with a bit of honey toward the finish; the spice lingers, but dissipates from the start. Palate: Medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation, long finish. Overall: A very nice Witbier; definitely recommended for fans of the style.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours a rather hazy golden color with a moderate white head on it. Nose has a decent amount of wheat in there with a moderate amount of coriander and spice. Taste has a little bit of citrus to it, but with a sweet finish to it that was unexpected. OK.

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours with a huge head that disappears quickly. As for the taste, it reminds me of a heavier miller lite; not much flavor upfront, with a really shitty aftertaste. No thanks.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Not a bad blonde. Spicier than most. Lots of coriander and pepper. Some cloves. Medium bodied with an attractive yellow appearance. Tons of head. Got this one from Binnys in Chicago with Dave in 2012.
