4 oz draft serving at brewpub. Pours a pale yellow with a small head. Aroma is very mild wheat and barely detectable citrus and spices. Taste is below average generic wheat. Very generic wheat beer flavor. Mouthfeel is a little on the thin side for a wheat. Not anything I would like to drink on a regular basis.

Pours with a huge head that disappears quickly. As for the taste, it reminds me of a heavier miller lite; not much flavor upfront, with a really shitty aftertaste. No thanks.

Not a bad blonde. Spicier than most. Lots of coriander and pepper. Some cloves. Medium bodied with an attractive yellow appearance. Tons of head. Got this one from Binnys in Chicago with Dave in 2012.

Foams like crazy. Tall puffy white head, light yellow color with a clear/clean look and a ton of carbonation. Very slow recession of the head. Aroma is very grainy with a light lemon citrus note. Light coriander spice note and maybe some light clove. Flavor is light grain and lemon mostly with some herbal flavors and not much of the spice that was detected in the nose. Body is light, very effervescent. Slight dryness to the brew at the tail end of the tasting. Overall a non-offensive, plain brew as a whole. An okay brew for summertime.

Bottle on Amtrak Train 27 - The Empire Builder ( from Binny’s South Loop) - 04/11/12. Obscured golden yellow with a big frothy white head that retains well. Nose comprises slightly sour fruits, plasticine, paint, light yeast. Tastes of wheat, fruit, lemon, herbs, candied orange peel. Medium bodied with light spritzy carbonation leading to a tarte and fruity finish. Below average.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow. Large white head. Mild aroma. Flavor is very yeasty with some citrus. A bit of spice on the tongue. Some lacing. Looks thin, but actually had a nice body. Not a great beer, but very drinkable and I would drink it again it shows up on my travels.

12 oz bottle. Pours golden to yellow and left a lot of lace that looked good... Light body with light spice flavors. Not exactly my cup of tea, but is clean and crisp to drink.

Cloudy, pale lemonade-gold...HUGE white head at pour....sweet lemon scent...all sweet citrus flavour, some wheat, slight banana. Extremely easy to drink, but would probably get too cloyingly sweet after more than a couple at a sitting.Very nice, though....pleasant.

Aroma is wheat/malts, spices and orange/lemon. The flavor is wheat grain/malty along with a decent underlying fruit/spice flavor. Relatively light in body but with a witbier its expected, this was pretty good.

[Bottle] Gusher! Pours a light golden color with a ton of head that lasts for a long time. Aroma is of grainy wheat, lemon and light yeast. Mild esters and light hops mix with cereal grains and grass in the taste. Light and fairly well balanced. OK overall. I thought this one may have been a bad bottle considering how it started, but the taste was fine.
