UPDATED: JAN 1, 2014 Tap at the brewpub. Clear golden yellow pour with a smaller head. Lower carbonation. Sticky sweet. Clove dominates, but the flavor doesn’t hang with the aroma.

On tap at Brew Pub. Pours amber with a quick subtle white head that fades. Aroma has sweet scent with bready yeast and more sugar. Taste is sweet and malty with subtle yeast. Palate is somewhat slick with the sweetness and finishes dry. Very enjoyable, but the carbonation and yeast characteristics are a little hidden.
