Minnesota Winterfest 2011. Dark brown color with a medium head. Strong nutty and spicy aroma. Vanilla screams out in the flavor. Walnut adds to an already nutty tasting wild rice brew and wasn’t really a distinguishable note for me. Nuttiness seems more pronounced as it warmed.

On cask at Winterfest 2011. Aroma has big notes of wild rice, walnut, and a touch of vanilla. Taste is nice sweet nut, vanilla, roast, some deeper walnut, nice sweet finish. Very nice infused beer, works well with the tastes in the beer already.
