Cloudy off copper pour with a big clean white head and great lacing. Avg palate. Mild aroma of sweet grains and alcohola touch of citrus bitterness. Flavor is a bit hot alcoholic front some grainy tastesa touch of sweet syrups finishing clean and dry with a.grassy hop. An odd taste but pretty good.

Pours a light golden with a medium, white, foamy head and some lacing. Aroma is sweet malt, grain and grass. Flavor is yeast, biscuits, sweet malts, and light, grassy hops with a hint of alocohol. Medium body with medium carbonation. Well done.

Pour on tap at Winterfest 2012, light yellow-orange pour with white head, aroma has notes of biscuit, some slight grass and earth notes, a slight hint of booze but rich biscuit mainly covers it up. Taste is a nice rich crackery biscuit, hints of grass and toffee, slight earthy and grassy notes, finishing fairly sweet with a slight warmth. Decent.

Tap at the brewpub. Clear light gold pour with a good clingy white head. Mild pils nose, medium to light palate. Taste is mild grain, some sweet caramel as well. Nice pils!
